The ultimate baking stone, made from 3cm solid granite 30cmx30cm so this is extremely tough. Ideal for baking bread, pizza etc as the heat in the stone will help improve the loafs spring.
To avoid shocking the stone it should be placed in a cold oven and allowed to warm with the oven, and then to cool in the oven after baking.
